Wall height is not the same as drive-through clearance. A roller door needs ~450mm above the opening for the drum mechanism, and the rolled-up curtain reduces clearance by a further ~70mm. For example, a 2.7m wall gives approximately 2.18m of actual drive-through clearance. If you're storing a caravan, boat, or tall vehicle, let us know what it is and we'll make sure the building is designed with enough room.
